Pat is a prominent keynote speaker, trainer and author, particularly in stress management, mindfulness, wellness, emotional intelligence and self-empowerment. Well known for her humor and energy, she is a popular presenter for groups and organizations around the world.

She has been a licensed psychotherapist for 30 years and a licenses hypno-therapist for 20 years.  Her practice has spanned areas of wellness, imagery in healing, bereavement, hospice, blended families and stress reduction therapy. She is also a trained massage therapist and a trained cranio-sacral therapist.

She has authored two books, Heeling the Love Wound: Relationships After Divorce, and a novel, Stale Roses.  She has penned articles on coping skills, relationships, family issues and has been a regular contributing columnist for Sedona Magazine.  She has also produced and performed the award winning audio CD mediation series, “The Power Within.”

Pat works as a a consultant on various aspects of stress management and wellness for corporations, hospitals and fitness organizations, some of which are listed below:

Pat has the honor to be named one of the Most Notable American Women and has received the Who’s Who in the Social Service Field for the past 6 years.  Her outside affiliations include the American Counseling Association, Association of Humanistic Psychology, The American Board of Hypnotherapy, National Guild of Hypnotists, National Hospice And Palliative Care Organization, and The National Association of Professional Women.
